Neomi Herrera has over 17 years experience in the dental field as an office administrator. She has attended several professional development courses, seminars and training sessions on topics related to dentistry. This has allowed her to stay on top of issues such as insurance billing, coding, and helping patients maximize their insurance benefits.
She is engaged in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with our existing and new patients by helping them make informed choices about their dental needs and providing individualized attention to each patient. She believes all aspects of our patients’ care should be our number one-priority.
Neomi joined Dr. McLaughlin’s office in 2008. She loves that our office provides a caring and professional atmosphere to all our patients.
Away from the office, she received her Bachelor’s degree in business and management. She has two children, enjoys spending time with her family and is very involved in their activities.

Sarah was born in El Paso and raised for half of her life in San Diego. She is the proud mother of two children. She graduated In 2010 as an RDA, and has been working with Dr. McLaughlin and her team ever since. She loves getting to know each patient and is proud to provide a comfortable atmosphere for each patient. She feels deeply gratified by the work she does with every patient–from small procedures to full-mouth makeovers. And she really adores being part of a team that provides quality, individualized care, and that her patients look forward to seeing.
Charity Delach joined Dr. McLaughlin’s team in July of 2014. She brings with her 9 years of experience as a dental hygienist.
