Neomi
Office manager
Enjoys applying her 21 years of knowledge and experience towards developing and enhancing relationships with all our patients.
She takes pride in helping patients making informed decisions about their dental needs by providing individualized attention. Known for going above and beyond, Neomi is our Office Manager and has been with the team of El Paso Quality Dentistry for 10 years.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2014 and has taken numerous CE courses over the past few years to bring knowledge to the Administrative and Management departments at El Paso Quality Dentistry.
Outside of the office she has 2 children. Her interest are cycling class, reading, and being an active part of her daughter’s activities which includes dance and soccer.

Amory
Front Office coordinator
Amory was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and joined the team of El Paso Quality Dentistry in January of 2017. She graduated from Bright Wood College in 2016 With her RDA certificate.
She is a great addition to the team with her genuine smile and excellent customer service as an Administrative Assistant. She is passionate about the care we give to our patients and is looking forward to her growth at El Paso Quality Dentistry.
Destinee
Registered Dental Hygienist
Destinee is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from Savannah Technical College in 2016 as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been enjoying taking care of patients for the past 5 years. She recently moved to El Paso and joined El Paso Quality dentistry.
“I chose to work for EPQD after learning about their practice philosophy. I immediately knew the office has great leadership and invests in the growth of each employee. Being part of a team that performs comprehensive dentistry and working with doctors that are capable of complex treatments, that are not available in most practices, is motivating. I also was attracted by how genuine our doctors are. They are truly invested 100% into the care of their patients and their overall satisfaction.
I knew I wanted to be a hygienist because I always looked forward to having my teeth professionally cleaned. One of my goals is that my patients enjoy coming to the office. As a hygienist I strive to meeting and exceeding patient’s expectations. I want patients to feel well taken care of and confident they are receiving the very best care available. I am most fulfilled when I know patients are satisfied, and I see a spark of happiness in their smile.
I’ve been married for 10 years and have a 2-year-old son. I enjoy traveling and learning the history behind each city she visits. I like spending time outdoors off-roading and hiking with my family and two dogs. I enjoy volunteering, as a dental hygienist, at multiple community events.”
Sarah
Clinical Supervisor / Dental Assistant
In 2010 Sarah graduated from Kaplan College as a registered Dental Assistant.
Sarah has been with El Paso Quality Dentistry for over 10 years as an assistant and treatment/marketing coordinator. Sarah has grown into the role of Clinical Supervisor for the past 3 years, where she has helped in the training and growth of our Dental Assistants.
For the past 10.5 years Sarah has attended continuing education conferences with Dr. Cabrera and El Paso Quality Dentistry team to keep up to date on the latest in dental technology, dental photography, marketing, and patient care.

Ileana
Registered Dental Assistant / Airway Coordinator / Implant coordinator / Digital Coordinator / Surgical Coordinator
Ileana is a registered dental assistant with 7 years of experience graduating from Vista College in 2015.
Ileana has been a part of the El Paso Quality Dentistry team for 4 years. She is a highly trained and accomplished assistant that has expanded her skills in TMD-Airway, Implants, Digital dentistry, and surgical assisting.
She is proud to be part of a team where her expertise can be used to provide state-of-the-art cosmetic and advanced dentistry for all patients.
Ileana always looks forward to growing personally while supporting the overall growth of the practice.
Ileana’s big heart and warm nature have the ability to make every patient feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Marilyn
Dental Assistant / Lab Coordinator
I graduated from Career Centers of Texas El Paso in 2009 and have been assisting for over 10 years now. I have really enjoyed the knowledge and growth in the dental field over the past several years.
I joined EPQD back in 2016 but left temporarily due to my husband’s job but I am excited to be back to working with this amazing team! Being part of this team, I have truly become very passionate in what I do and what we can do to change a person’s life by improving their smile. The most rewarding part of my job is knowing I can comfort our patients and make them feel at ease. I am proud to be a part of a team that strives to make sure our patients are well taken care of and are truly amazed and happy with the outcome of any treatment.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and my two children by going to the movies, hiking, or having a family night at home.
Alexandra
Registered Dental Assistant / Sterilization Coordinator
Alexandra graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2021 and immediately joined El Paso Quality Dentistry.
Her passion for becoming an assistant started after taking family to multiple dental appointments when she realized the importance an assistant’s knowledge and experience plays towards individual patient treatment.
She joined EPQD ready to learn the best ways to provide quality care for patients that desire a healthy and beautiful smile.
